Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped from London, United Kingdom.

 

All pieces are made after receiving the order. Production times take between 1 - 3 days for most orders, however orders for more than 5 pieces can take slightly longer. During busy periods, please allow 3 - 5 days.  We do not operate on weekends and UK public holidays.

 

We ship worldwide and the shipping costs will depend on the location. The delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over 150 GBP. If shipped internationally, the clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

All our delivery windows are estimates; once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. All orders are shipped from our studio in London, United Kingdom and deliveries are carried our Monday to Friday only.

3-6 Days Transit  (orders must be placed before 1pm GMT)

3-6 Days Transit  (orders must be placed before 1pm GMT)

4-7 Days Transit  (orders must be placed before 1pm GMT)

Duty and customs charges

 

The prices and shipping costs of all our products do not include import duties and taxes. International and EU Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties. Please check with your country's customs to determine how much these costs are.

Tracking

​

All orders are sent on a tracked shipping service. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your delivery tracking number. This will be sent via the email address provided during checkout.
